Station Ownership

Dishwashing & Cleaning

Follow proper washing and sanitizing procedures; uphold cleaning checklists at the end of each shift.

Cleanliness & Safety

Maintain a tidy workspace and follow all food safety protocols.

Food Handler Certification

A valid Arizona Food Handler Card is required (or must be obtained within the first week of hire).

Speed & Consistency

Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining presentation and quality standards.

Teamwork & Communication

Collaborate smoothly with kitchen and floor staff; assist coworkers when needed.

Professionalism

Be punctual, well‑groomed, and reliable for scheduled shifts (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).

Learning Mindset

Open to coaching, training, and adapting to new procedures or menu changes.
